We are sorry you are experiencing issues with your Topcon equipment. We are here to help.

All technical enquiries are handled by our service partner Veritek. Before you ring them Have you tried the Self Help - fault escalation procedure? 

 

Fault found with Topcon instrument
  1. Check device is switched on
  2. Check all cables are plugged in securely
  3. If no power, try a different mains cable to the instrument
  4. If you are unable to log onto your PC or access software then this could be an issue with your own network.
If problem still persists...

Please call 01635 551120 and choose option 2. You will be put through to Topcon's support partner Veritek, to report the fault.

You will be asked for your name, location, equipment model number and serial number. You will be issued with a job reference number to be used in any future correspondence.

A member of the Topcon or Veritek support teams will provide phone support or remote support to try and resolve the issue.

If the problem still exists and an engineer is required to attend site, this will be arranged with you by the Veritek service coordinator at a convenient date and time when our engineers can gain access to the instrument.
