Description

The Core module includes all of the basic practice management features that are required for the smooth day-to-day running of any business, including patient communications, appointment management and prescription record capture.


Patient Record feature includes the following:

» Patient search by multiple criteria including family groups 
» Integrated internet postcode lookup
» Patient notes
» Action list for tasks to be completed
» Forms and documents
» Store and retrieve any document type
» Ad hoc letters
» Patient centric records – access any point of the patient journey
» Patient source
» Check for duplicate patients
» GP detail for use with referral letters and forms
» Patient communication preferences

 

 


Appointments feature includes:

 

» Fully configurable diary  

 

» Colour coded appointments
» Optimised appointment times

 

» Printed or SMS appointment confirmations
» Automated SMS appointment reminders

» Booking of appointments for existing patients or adding new patients  

 

 

 

Prescription Record feature includes the following:

» Multiple prescription records

 

» Full Rx detail
» Free notes form
» Prints hard copy of clinical record
» Printing of referral letters
» Default to plus or minus Cyl  

 


Contact Lens Record feature includes:

» Multiple contact lens
» Validated Rx’s
» Print hard copy of clinical record
» Free text clinical notes field
» Printing of referral letters


Patient Communications feature includes the following:

 

» Multiple communication types (SMS; email; letters; phone lists)
» Integrated patient communication model
» Patient and practice preferred communication methods
» Multiple recalls per patient
» Complete history of communications with patient
